Cuts all types of material, real wood, laminate or composite materials, the universal E-CUT saw blade can cut everything, right to the edge. Fitting floors, replacing pipes, adding trim, chopping, cutting pockets, fitting electrical outlets etc has never been easier; you will find hundreds of uses for these saws. The thinner blade means you can cut small pockets, cut in small locations and trim with extreme precision.
For fast cutting wood and soft metals such as copper and aluminium CEL recommends using the AC12 instead of this blade, for harder metals use the AC11
Unlike a rotating blade which throws the swarf (sawdust ) away from the cut, an oscillating blade does not.
For more efficient cutting keep moving the blade within the cut to clear swarf and prevent clogging/burning.
