Using the large nozzle
Seems this thread went off topic so I'll try to see if I undestand.
I have the first kickstarter robox and I had never seen it print with the large nozzle. Did I correctly understand that this is due to CURA and that slic3er has errors? In the latest version of Automaker there is no option except CURA2 (for $). Does CURA2 support the large nozzle? or the whole dual nozzle selling point is pointless at this moment?
@nemo107 I split this out of the previous thread to keep it tidy.
The large nozzle on the QuickFill head can be used in all AutoMaker versions.
It is used by default in the Draft profile on the current AutoMaker 4.00.02 for Infill and for Perimeters. The Support, Rafts and first layer use the smaller 0.3mm nozzle.
You can edit your profile to use either nozzle for various different parts of a build by changing the settings. To edit the settings remember to save the profile with a new name first.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
