Hi, where can I order new QuickFIll Single Material Head for my Cel Robox RBX01-BW printer? I can't find any shop where to order (not in stock).
@sirpa-myllymaki You may not be able to purchase one at this time. COVID has hit the supply chain hard and all spares are in short supply.
@bhudson Is CEL still manufacturing printheads?
@csnbailey to the best of my knowledge they will continue to supply replacement parts, but you will have to ask them to be sure.
That's good to hear. What's the best contact to ask about parts manufacturing?
@csnbailey I don't know. Maybe Lee knows. I am not involved with Robox any more; I don't have any information other than what is posted here on the forum.
@csnbailey Sorry to say we are out of all print heads and although we have heads on order we are not sure if we will ever receive them. Demand for robox is very low, we have stopped manufacture of the Robox units and hoped to support existing customers with parts for years to come. Unfortunately, the factory does not want to manufacture the parts in the low hundreds we require pushing back our orders for other customers products who order in the thousands. Again due to the low demand we are unable to manufacture these elsewhere as the custom parts required would far outweigh any profit made by producing the parts.
Any update on print heads?
