Robox fine tuning

Hi

is anyone willing to share a profile for fine tuning the Robox (which doesn't void warranty of course)

I seem to be getting retractions spots on my print.

Thanks

@ollycuff
Profiles should not affect the warranty. The Robox doesn't use retracts. I suspect what you are seeing is the result of either a poor nozzle opening calibration or a failing print head. If you can share photos that will help. You can also open a support ticket to get help from a support agent who can give you much more detailed information.

I tend to use the default profiles more often than not. I have customised a few profiles for certain models. eg extra perimeters combined with less fill for models which have large void areas and some thin sections. This avoids fill in thin walls. Another example is for specific support needs, like larger spacing for simple supported areas or gradual infill steps to save material in tall support towers.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
