[Solved] Refit single colour kit

Hello all. We have an earlyish model. when we ordered therough Kickstarter, we also bought the dual clour kit. It eventually arrived and we fitted it. We've had several problems with it, machine has been back twice. We now have filament jammed, not being recognised etc... and having been round and round in circles I want to refit the original head and put the machine back to single reel and colour.

When we installed the dual kit, there was a series of YouTube videos to follow - it was quite involved, and the videos were invaluable. However I can't find them now. Any idea where I can find them to work backwards from? Or any guides anywhere that anyone has to do this? TYIA people!

Hi Peter Esslemont

I think you might mean these videos from 2016?

I recommend that you open a support ticket and get assistance. The upgraded parts included with the DM upgrade are a huge improvement over the KickStarter hardware. I do not recommend going backward. If you want to describe the issues you are having here I can try to help, but the old parts are really problematic.

If you just want to go back to the single material head you can do that easily by removing the DM head and installing the single material head.
