I suggest opening a support ticket. If you have tried everything that is already posted, you may be looking at an out of date X-carriage PCB or an error with the installation. The most common errors are that the ribbon cable is installed backward, which isn't the case in your situation, and the power cable is installed backward. This is surprisingly common as the power cable is an oriented plug and can only be installed backward if it is forced. You can check by looking at the colors - red should be toward the right side, with the clear window, and toward the front of the printer. If either of these are reversed, the mainboard has been damaged and will have to be replaced.
If these aren't the issue, you will need to do troubleshooting and will need a support ticket to be able to get assistance and possibly order replacement parts.
