[Solved] need help with a broken part in roboxpro

i head an acident wit the printer that i tryed to save a pront but accidentally hit the wrong button so the printer started going down to the bouldplate/ the part i was printing, i heard a snap at the left spindle and saw a broken part (it was a printed pice) is it possible to get the file for the printed parts thats inside of the roboxpro kinda need it and there is noone selling it as much as i can see

If you open a support ticket you will get the best response. CEL will either sell you a part or send you the file if you have a way to print it.
