Quite often when using the info page to feed in or out filament

I get option to use 5 or 20 mm out only and 100mm in only

why do the other options grey out please

Using 4.02.00 dual Material head 1 filament loaded atm but it still happens with 2 filaments

It's only due to the color; the buttons should still work. I am guessing the two colors you see this behavior with are lighter colors. As long as you have filament loaded all six buttons should work regardless of appearance.

And after 6 months of trying to find how to make them work I have reluctantly failed

no matter where I position the mouse indicator I can not get any other feed buttons to work

I have found they highlight momentarily occasionally but that is all

And this is with any head installed and any filament

Yes I have uninstalled and re installed a few times and no difference as far as I can monitor

I wonder if this is related to your screen resolution?

Can you try the buttons after changing the window size? eg drag it to make it smaller, it should be responsive to a point.

Resolution is as high as it can go

And lowering the res makes it worse

Turned off advanced Diagnostics  and they now work

So its the Diagnostics window somehow interfering to make them not work it seems
