[Solved] Head related questions

Hello CEL support,

The needle valve on my SM head doesn't seem to close completely.
When the head is heated, the melted filament leaks out.
Even if I hold it without doing anything, it will leak out.
How do I adjust the needle valve?

In addition, the status of emissions is checked by Purge.
The attached states.
It is rippling, flat and changing in places.
I think all flat is preferable, I would like your opinion on the Purge situation.
Do I need to adjust the head height?
Please tell me how to adjust this head height (Z axis).

Please make sure you have run all three calibrations under the Calibration button in the main toolbar. If after those are run you still have issues, please open a support ticket at www.cel-robox.com/support

Your purge actually looks fine, so I suspect your print head needs to be calibrated.

Answered in comments by BHudson. Calibration is important with a new print head and occasionally with some specialist materials.
