[Solved] free printer, totally dissassebled

So kind of a long story,  the Company that works in the shop behind my shop did some work on 3d printers. They left a long time ago and my boss just opened up this shipping container with all kind of stuff in it.  I grabbed a cell Robox printer. It looks to me like they got it took it apart in an effort to reverse engineer  it.  Either way I have no way to know if it's all there but would love to get it working. Any info on what might be missing or what should be included if it was all complete.  I'm not sure if I can put pictures on here but if I can I'll include them later

You will need to open a support ticket; there isn't another way to resolve the issue.

I got it home,  looks like the printer head was taken apart,  all pieces are there but I also found a spare head.  Looks like there was a brand new duel material head also.  Now I got it all puffed in and ready with the software installed and get a message that the serial number is invalid and that I would need to get it upgraded.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
