Robox not heating  



the printer head do not rice the temperature to do a purge of material .How can I solve it?

@norerohector I suggest opening a support ticket so that a tech can assist you. There are several reasons that can cause this behavior and a trained tech can best assist you. 


If you choose not to do that, I suggest that you remove the print head and clean the contacts. If you have an older printer with the power cable wrapped in a mesh sleeve, you may need to replace that power cable. Again, a support tech can provide the best information based on your specific printer.

Most likely the thermal fuse at the bottom of the bed is blown. 


The original post was about the print head heating, not the print bed. The thermal fuse only affects the print bed.
