Dual Material Upgrade in the USA

Is it possible to get the dual material upgrade done in the USA rather than having to send the printer back internationally?

I believe Circuit Specialists has one more kit, but I would call them and ask about it. If they don't have it, then no, they are no longer available in the US.

I called them and it does seem like they are out.

Is the upgrade available as a self-install kit? Shipping all the way to the UK seems like it would be very expensive.

If Circuit Specialists is out, they are out of stock in the US. The UK service is only that, a service. You still have to get the kit purchased in addition to the service. If you can't find a kit for sale, you can't upgrade the printer. I don't see it listed on the UK site, so I assume they are out of stock as well.

I stopped into Circuit Specialists today and they have two DM kits that are incomplete. They are missing the print head and possibly one or two other parts. Due to COVID-19 they don't know when or if they will get replacement print heads for these.
If you would like to get your printer upgraded using one of these partial kits and wait until a DM head comes available we may be able to work something out. Please open a support ticket and describe exactly what you would like and I will see what I can do to assist.
