Calibration is not possible

I can't calibrate anything. I can't select anything in the calibration menu.

Do someone know how i can fix it ? I have the AutoMaker 4.02.00.

@gregorgregorius7 Can you post a screenshot?
It could be that your print head isn't detected properly or that your material spool isn't detected properly. You will need to use a SmartReel for calibration. If you aren't using one that is why you can't calibrate. AutoMaker requires the data on the SmartReel to run the calibration scripts.

So i figured out, i have a two filament head but just a one filament machine. So i can't do the calibration.... very user friendly program...

@gregorgregorius7 Yes, that is correct. Both nozzles of the print head must be calibrated at the same time. Two rolls of PLA are recommended for this calibration process and are usually included with the purchase of the machine. If not, you can find them at several resellers. Note that you must use SmartReels for calibration.

You should not have been sold a dual material print head on a single material printer. What color is the print head you have? Gray is dual material, black is single material, dual nozzle.
If you did purchase a single material machine with a dual material print head, it was a mistake. Please note that the Robox was sometimes advertised as dual-extruder when it was really a single-extruder. The extruder is the device that moves the filament, not the part where the nozzles go. If you care to share the serial number of your printer it may help with determining what is going on.

Robox is a complex machine with many potential uses, to help preserve the good working order of both hardware and software please be patient and note that many common fixes for other 3D printers do not apply to Robox and may cause irreversible damage or compromise safe operation.
