Description

A full reel of high quality PETG CarbonFill Filament

PETG CarbonFill is an extremely stiff, zero-warp filament reinforced with 20% carbon fibre. This filament needs to be used in conjunction with the new SingleX™ Head, compatible with all versions of the Robox family.

CarbonFill is ideal for printing models and prototypes that need to be dimensionally stable, light in weight and with a uniquely matte, high quality surface. The material would typically be used to create RC parts, automotive and aerodynamic parts such as drones.

IMPORTANT! - carbon fibres are abrasive and will result in fast wear of regular nozzles – CarbonFill must be used in conjunction with the RBXDV-S1 SingleX™ Experimental head with 0.6mm Olsson Ruby nozzle. You will invalidate your warranty on any other head used with this filament.

CarbonFill can also be used with other brands of 3D printer that have a print head which contains Olsson Ruby nozzles.

Each reel is sealed in a reusable zip lock bag with a sachet of silica gel to control moisture. The bag is then placed in a sturdy windowed box for shipping.

Included on the reel is an eeprom which can be read by a Robox® device. The EEPROM stores data on the material and statistics of use.
